Printing not as per the screen

Hello,

I have merged some cells to create a larger box with text in, to ensure the words line up on the screen I have added spaces, but when it come to print/print preview it is a mess.

I have attached the example - The 1st picture is how it looks on the screen in excel, the 2nd picture is how it shows on print preview.

Any advise on this one ?

Hi Antony. Does this have to be in Excel? Word is a much better vehicle for big blocks of text.

Having said that, instead of entering spaces at the end of each line of text, press CTRL+ENTER to embed a hard return. This will force the lines to break cleanly and everything should be nicely centred.
