    Members Database

    Hi,

I run a community centre where you are required to be a member to use the centre. To that end, I have made a database on excel for all the required info: Name, Address, Tel No, Date joined etc. When it comes to annual renewals, I have to re-issue a new membership card, which means, i have to send out a new form etc. Is there a way, I can auto populate a new membership form, from the information I hold so the only only has to check the information is still correct then just sign and date.

    Thanks

Look at the mail merge facility between Excel and Word: https://support.office.com/en-gb/art...b-0a948fa3d7d3

    Hi,

    Yes,

You should use a VLOOKUP formula in each cell on the Membership Form that needs to be filled.

One other approach of course would be to use Mail Merge in a Word document which uses your database as the source for the Mail Merge form.
