I attempted to send you a PM but your mailbox is full. My goal is to calculate the numbers I have manually entered in the image posted in my original post.

start at D8

1*140% = 1 + .4 I want to add the 1 into D9. hold remainder
1*140% = 1 + .4 I want to add the 1 into D10. Hold the remainder
1*140% = 1 + .4 I want to add the 1 into D11. now that the remainder has exceeded 1 I also want to add that to D11. Hold the remainder of .2 continue on for 26 cycles. (row 33)

In D11, how I know the remainder has exceeded 1? which cell show me the remainder?

The following formulas yield the expected results (those manually placed in the file except for cell N9):
1) In D9 and down: =SUM(P8,L8) Cell D8 is left to read: =D3
2) In L8 and down: =INT(J8)
3) In N8 and down: =ROUND(SUM(N7,J8-SUM(L8,P7)),1)
4) In P8 and down: =IF(N8>=1,1,"")
