How to count students grade with multiple criteria

Good evening Everyone
I have this spreadsheet with two sheets communicating with each other and with a series of formula, but my problem now is the GRADING COLUMNS, it seem not to be working in the “1ST TERM SHEET” but its actually working in the “broadsheet”.

Please I need help with the formulas in my grading column of the 1st term sheet to count
Number of distinctions (">69")
Number of Credits (">49","<70")
Number of Passes (">39","<50")
Number of Failure ("<40", ">0”)
Total Number Passed (">=50")
Total Number of Subjects (">0")
In calculating the above, we will use the columns with “100” which is the cumulative score.

@ProtonLeah I appreciate your response but on my end, it's still showing blank after I have populated the formula you sent. Can't explain why it's not working. Please if there is any further assistance you can render or maybe you could work on the sheet and attach it back.

In fact you need to COUNTIF columns those have value 100 in row 6? try COUNTIFS

Both your works has worked for me.

But I totally forgot to mention
The remark column, it also is malfunctioning and I need help with it also

If a student scores >=50 in 6 subjects including English and Mathematics, the remark is to show "passed" and a student who does not meet this criteria shows "Failed" in the remark
Also if the student has no score populated in any subject, that is "Absent"
