Show each hour (in 24 hour format) between a start and end time

Hello,

Ok, perhaps a strange one, but I'm in need of a formula for the following please.


D3
Shift Start: 5:00AM (or 5 in 24 hour time)

E3
Shift End: 4:00PM (or 16 in 24 hour time)

What I need is to show is all hours between the two 24 hour times:


5 (Start time)

16 (Final hour worked based on "Shift End" entry)



Also need the same for 2nd shift hours which spans across Midnight:

I can get the 24 hour time returned from my starting and ending shifts, but can't figure out how to show each of the hours worked in a column between the two numbers.
