    Printing formatting

I need help by being able to printing each sheet of this work book that fits to an 8-1/2x11 Letter size page as best as possible. I made the columns the same size but does not work and gettting tired of shifting them around over and over to get the best print out for each one. Can someone help me with a better way???

Note I make these daily and the rows will always change after #29 by adding up to roughly worst case 100 rows.

    Re: Printing formatting

    Hello,
In page break view , you need to make it as a single page. There were 2 paged in each sheet. I have changed them to single page. Please find the attached file & how i did that as well in doc.

    Re: Printing formatting

close but not exactly what I needed. If I print this entire sheet from cell one to the end on one page let's say for some of them up to 100 cell then how is the person viewing it going to read it because by then it will be wayyyy too small on one sheet for someone to read.

This is for review by printing it and to be filled out on the right side, scanned back to us. I just want to maximize the font size so it is viewable once printed. It can be 2 maybe even up to 3 pages once the rows get further down.

In page break view, adjust to multiple pages & before printing set scaling to 100%.

maybe I'm slow. Is this a two step process to print out nice?? When select 100% before I print the preview looks like this.

when I zoom to 100% the text is huge so could need to rework that. Its that or I am bad at printing?? Just I need this file to print out much better without going through the hassle of manipulating it over and over to get it right each time!

    Re: Printing formatting

What I realized is when you change the printer then it changes the scaling. Once I find one good scaling for a particular printer then I can roll with that for the reaming tabs. Once I change the printer seems I have to find a new scaling % and roll with that.
