two macros run at same time

dear team,
i create the code automatically send mail to my team, there is two module but its not going automatically when i press f5 then its asking me which macros will run.
now i want to run the macros will automatically in same two modules in time?

As far as I know it is not possible to run multiple macros from the same instance of Excel and I would not recommend attempting to run multiple instances/multiple macros. I cannot think of a single good reason to need to run 2 macros at literally the same time (you may have a sequence of macros triggered/initiated at the same time by the user, which is very different). So for example you may run macro1, which in turn runs macro2, which runs macro3, etc. It can even be that macro2 runs, completes and then macro1 continues beyond that. There however is no good reason to attempt having macro 1, 2 and 3 all execute at exactly the same time.

We have no context on what your macro does, what your data sets look like, the code or have any sample files to make a judgment from. F5 is typically the shortcut for goto, so it appears the macro has likely been coded to use this shortcut, in which case it is likely a requirement to get user input for it to run properly. Again, speculation without any context.
