Assistance with CountIF function please

Hi everyone- I hope someone can help.

I'd prepared this spreadsheet for a colleague (with the help of a couple of you in here I should add!)

The user has decided they wanted a couple of changes. I've added them but for some reason I cannot work out why the formula will not work in the new cells.

If someone has the time can you please have a look and tell me why.


In Sheet "55and66overview" I've added colums F an G and copied the formula over from the previous columns.

In sheet "SSRi 55 and 66 register" I'd like to add the values OC1 or OC2 in columns D/H/L/P T as required.

I was expecting these numbers to be added up in the table of "55and66overview" but it's not working.
