    CountIf - One Criteria Multiple Coloum

    Dear Team,
    I have attach the file for ease of reference. now what i want is as follows;

    The Coloum A is PUK code which is unique, whereas B,C & D is criteria where YES and NO would appear. i want to count the cells where all criteria has NO. in this case the answer is 5.

    let me know incase of any query.

    because there are only 5 entries where criteria1, criteria2 and criteria 3 all have "NO" otherwise all have mix entries of YES & NO

    Maybe this is what you want:

    =SUMPRODUCT((B2:B20="No")*(C2:C20="No")*(D2:D20="No"))

    or:

    =COUNTIFS(B2:B20,"No",C2:C20,"No",D2:D20,"No")

    You will probably need to change commas to semi-colons.
