Formula to find 4 week total

Hi...

Is there a way to set last 4 weeks sale in column R?

For eg. if i'm sending the report on 2/11/2018 the column R should automatically pick the sales of last 4 week that is (1/21/2018 + 1/28/2018 +2/4/2018+2/11/2018).

And If i'm sending the report on 03/05/2015 the column R should automatically pick the sales of last 4 week that is (3/4/2018 +3/11/2018+3/18/2018 3/25/2018)

=IF(A3<>"",SUM(INDEX(D3:Q3,COUNTA(D3:H3)-3):Q3),"")

If I understand correctly with report date in cell T2 this in R3 and copied down.
