Hiding the Menu of the Ribbon Bar

How do I hide the menu bar containing the 7 tabs "home" "insert" "page layout" "formulas", etc. in Microsoft Excel 2007 ? Please note, I am not asking about the Ribbon, and please see the following pictures.

When I start MS Excel, the menu bar is shown in the top as in fig. 1. This menu bar is shown when the window is maximized also.

When I resize (reduce the size of) the worksheet, by dragging the mouse at the bottom right corner, as in fig. 2, the menu bar at the top disappears as in fig. 3.

How do I make the menu bar invisible as in fig. 3, even when I start MS Excel, that is without resizing first as in step 2 above?

This is because I need more space to accommodate another row or two in a worksheet.

Thanks in advance for any helpful reply.

Press Alt->F->T-Click on custom ribbon-> uncheck all the tabs then ok.

Re: Hiding the Menu of the Ribbon Bar

Thank You, shukla.ankur281190, for the immediate reply.

I think your solution pertains to Excel 2010, whereas my version is Excel 2007.

Equivalent to that, in Excel 2007, I pressed Alt+F+I , then Customize tab to display the 'Customize the Quick Access Toolbar' options. I don't see a 'Custom ribbon' option there, but a 'Customize Quick Access Toolbar' option available on the right side.

I cleared everything there as per the new screenshot, however, the Menu is still seen, and only the icons above the menu have disappeared.

    Any comments? Thanks.
