I have a column with text links which i want to convert to hyperlinks. How can i do that? I tried with the formula =hyperlink but it doesn't work, i can't copy the formula links as hyperlinks.

Paste this macro in a standard module. In the cells to the RIGHT of your URLs, type the corresponding Friendly_Names. Then select the cells containing your URLs, press ALT+F8 to bring up the Macro Dialog Box, and run the macro. If you mean copy formulas / paste values, I couldn't find a way to make that work - which is why I went w/ a macro.
PS. It's not really necessary to quote posts unless:
1) There are un-related posts between the referenced post and the reply AND/OR
2) You wish to respond to a particular point... in which case you should delete irrelevant text to emphasize that point.
