Are you talking about Excel.. You do not need to add them, it might be possible they are hidden.

Yes. So how do I reveal the columns?
You need to select the last visible column.
See the column name (like a, b, c)...click over there and do not release the mouse button...and drag on the right direction(you will see empty space)..
Once you do that you will column will be highlighted then again go to the column name and press RIGHT CLICK then you will see option unhide.. click on it
its done.
I highlighted the last column by clicking on IV and I clicked unhide but nothing happens. I dragged right but all I see is a grey area and nothing happens.
send me file on removed
if it is possible.

cannot do that. Its classified.
This is crazy. Does not help. The last column in my spreadsheet is column IV not column A,B,C etc. It does not work with column IV
Now cant help without looking into your sheet...
try this
1) go to cell IV1 then highlight the whole column IV
2) put your cursor at the right top of the column IV (not the cell IV1 but the top right line beside IV on the column)
3) your cursor should change a bar with a left and right arrow to a double line with a left and right arrow.
4) when it changes to that, right click and the drop down box will include unhide, move down to that and click on unhide and it should unhide the hidden columns.

No double line appears. I have had enough of wasting my time. Copying the file to the latest version excel.
Thanks anyway.
I know you have marked solve, and going to the latest version of Excel should do the job. For future reference, 2003 and earlier versions only supported up to column IV (Should be column 255 or 256 or so). When you open a file saved as a 2003 and earlier format -- even in newer versions of Excel (so it opens in compatibility mode) -- Excel will not allow you to add past column IV. Saving these files in the newer format should allow you to add (or automatically add) the additional columns.
