A sheet for tracking missing rows

    Hello,

I have a sheet for tracking some translation work for a list of names, called for example "Todo", in the below format:

Another sheet called "missing translations", which should be just a duplicate of this sheet, except with rows that are already translated (in column D) removed:

What would be the best way to approach this?

    A sample Google sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

    Thanks.

    Hi

Why do not you use filters?

Because I prefer using two sheets to track instead of constantly having to change filters to see which translations I'm missing. The document is hundreds of lines long, not something that can be quickly glanced by flipping filters on/off.

Under the heading of the customer is always right, here is an example of an array entered formula* that will do what your picture and file display:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    *1) Select cell A2 on sheet 2,
    2) Paste the formula into the formula bar,
    3) Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and Enter keys,
    4) Drag the fill handle across to cell D2 and down as far as needed,
    5) [optional] Use conditional formatting on values equal to zero so that their font color is white.
