I have a special task where I need to calculate Pool factor reductions to the outstanding amount and the nominal value in the reductions.
Would someone with fixed income knowledge be able to assist in the creation of such a tool?

Find out how the calculations are made (you should be able to Google this), and then someone will help you to build a formula to do the calculations.
