IFS Formula error #NAME? using exact range, values and formulas from office support (bug?)

    Hi,

i was searching in google a nested formula IF/AND/OR, but accidentally found a Office support Link with formula IFS that it suppose does the same job that i need it to do.
Based on score Grade i want to add a Letter That belong to it

this what i found on this link
    [link]https://support.office.com/en-us/article/ifs-function-36329a26-37b2-467c-972b-4a39bd951d45[/link]

and i recreated 5 times on new sheets, and as a result always i'm getting #NAME? error

    the link :
    GRADE_LETTER_ <---- Col A1 and Col B1
93_______A_ <-when formula inserted is supposed to get the letter according the score
89_______B_ <-when formula inserted is supposed to get the letter according the score
71_______C_ <-when formula inserted is supposed to get the letter according the score
60_______D_ <-when formula inserted is supposed to get the letter according the score
58_______F_ <-when formula inserted is supposed to get the letter according the score

As explained on the link on Cell B2 I entered (and dragged)
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Because i had several times the same error then i evaluate the formula on "Insert Function" bar
and i shows the error on the Letters inside the formula "A2", "B2"
on the bottom of the same windows it have a word "undefined"

Please can some one check this error??

    Thanks

I do not believe that the IFS function is available in your version. The office support page will say at the top which versions it applies to.

EDIT: Office 365 subscription version only, I’m afraid.

Could you please update your user profile to reflect that? It currently says 2010.

Yes, you’re out of luck - sorry. There are quite a few handy new functions in the 365 subscription.
