How to source id's from one worksheet to another?

Hi All,

I am facing a challenge in excel, I have 2 separate worksheets. In one worksheet I have authors and there unique ID's. In the other worksheet I have papers and the related authors of those papers.
I am trying to add the ID's in the worksheet with the papers and there related authors, the challenge is that a paper can have multiple authors and I am stuck on how to do this.
Can anyone please help me out here?

I have attached a example of the 2 worksheets and the solution I am looking for.
