Error grouping rows in hierarchy.

When grouping rows into groups and sub groups error occurs.There are 2 ways to do what i am doing.
Methods-
A.
1. Select all rows and make it level 1
2. Group all level 2s in level 1 (Exclude headers)
3. What Happens -When last row of level 1 is included in a level 2 hierchy (to make last level 2). Grouped data should be in level 2 but its beyond level 3 as in the video in attachment
4. Eg. thing in video(in zip) happens

B.
1. Group all level 2s (Exclude headers)
2. Group all level 2 headers as level 1
3. What Happens -Bottom most level 2 group is expanded to full column because of grouping level 1 (it merges)
4. When all level 2 headers are selected and grouped for level 1 thing in image happens.

The reason is that excel takes the level 2 as level 1 that is expand level 2 (last one) to level 1 while data is in level 2 hierchy is in level 1 creates this error.
You may understand the problem using methods above

One way is to add a extra row to level 1 in last and not include it in level 2.But this will break the count feaure

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

If the file is that large that it needs to be zipped, then is is too large for us anyway. We dont nee your entire file, we just need a SMALL representative sample of what you are working with, and what you want

That's probably because your post count has increased - I think that may prove my suspicion about the new restrictions in place here.
