Is there a symbol or code for the current value in a cell?

I would like to know if there is a way to code the current value -

Each month, I copy the sheet from the prior month into a new monthly sheet. I copy values, formats, and formulas. That does not work correctly because in the "Actual" column I want it to take the current value and increment it with whatever is in the "Total for .." column. Right now I am manually going into each cell and typing, for example, =127.75+E2. It's easy to copy down the ones that have a value of zero in the Actual column, but if I had a code that would indicate the current value, I could just use that - the result would mean "take the current value in this cell and increment it by whatever is in column E of the current row".

If I understand what you want to do... no. A cell can contain a value or a formula, but not both (not without VBA).
