Two Data Validation Rules In One Cell

Hi Guys,

Again looking for some assistance. I have column C5:40 that I would like to apply some Data Validation to.

I need to limit each cell in this range to only accept one of the following three characters 1 , 2 , b (or B)

I also need to ensure that there is only once instance of each character in the column range.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
