Strange updating of formulas in table!

Please note updating of formulas in table trough screenshots!

So in this first screenshot there is normal last cell in table in row 198 and formula goes summarizing up to row 198! All fine here!

But...

When I start adding new row and "auto resizing" table it starting to get weird. Previous cell remains good. In row 197 formula is summarizing up to 197, but next row - 198 that just moment before were good now it is updating itself to summarize up to next row 199 and not 198 as it should.

And the next added row have OK formula! Row 199 goes up to 199!

I've done this thousands time and this never happen'. Brain is probably dead so please help me out as I'm probably missing some small thing here!

Btw I tried to resize, re-create table, disable/enable autofill option... No luck.

Question is: How when entering new row (adding to table) formula update itself properly? To SUM 186 up to 186, 190 up to 190 and so on, and not like this: SUM row 186 up to row 199 like in mine case! I understand why that happen, but why then previous rows remains good, like row 197 and all before like in my file?

maybe try: =SUBTOTAL(9,N$11:N11)

but attached excel file would be good to test

No luck. I show'd here just one formula.

Here is file attached! I've changed columns to match specific requirements so problem is in column Q(even with SUBTOTAL).

I was thinking you need rolling sum and it works

Ok, now with fresh brain it was easier to correct it! Here it is:

for row 199: =sum(P$11:P198)+P199

Guess problem was that in SUM(or SUBTOTAL too) AUTOCORRECT logic considered 198 as last row in table and presumed formula should represent summation to last row in table and not to current one, so when we add new rows every new rows sum is extended to last row and not to appropriate row!

Still doesn't get why then some cells remained unchanged with appropriate SUM (not to last row but to current one)!

I'm too lazy to check every row but maybe: =SUBTOTAL(9,P$11:P12)
