Exclamation Reference Multiple Variables to Pull Sum

I need help to divide Bookings/Pax figures of each month going forward. Variable is the month in Sheet1 cell B1 AND the Group Name in Sheet1 range A9:A13.

I have tried various statements such as ifs, sumifs, vlookup, hlookup, index/match... I don't want to use vba coding for this - can you help?

Re: Reference Multiple Variables to Pull Sum

If I understand correctly you want to get the Bookings MTD and PAX MTD values from the pivot table on sheet 2. Assuming that your months will continue through December (column Z) the following formula in C10 and down should work:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Note: The formula doesn't yield the values that were initially in C10:C12, however it does yield the values you get from putting =G12/H12 in cell I12 and down on sheet 2.
One value that I am not as sure about is the grand total due to the grand total in the pivot table including values from the Admin:Managers rows which are not included in sheet 1 A10:A12
Let us know if you have any questions.
Edit: In the event that you only want the grand total to include Reservations 1:Specialist use the following for C13:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Re: Reference Multiple Variables to Pull Sum

Apologies for the late response. I had too much difficulties applying that formula to the pivot so decided to just use =[select total of current month] and change this every month. I'd have liked to have applied a formula to automate the change according to the month
