All duplicates not being removed

I have two sets of data. one in column A and one in column B. When I select the total range and click remove duplicates not all the duplicates are being removed. Not sure how to fix the issue.

That is because you can have duplicates in column A or in B, but you may not have duplicates in A&B at the same time.
Here is an example:
Total Stocks Available Stock
1 1
1 0

You have duplicates in column A, but not in column B.
What are you trying to achieve?
