Give me last 30 rows from another wbook?

Hello ExcelFOrum!

I have list of data on sheet1 cells a1,a2,a3.... where i enter data every day. In other workbook i need link values from sheet1 but only last 30 rows of data.

So, if i have data only in a1,a2 a3 what formula should be in another wbook? Please, excel look another wbook's last 30 rows if there is values, if not, look last three(example a1 a2 a3)

If I understand correctly and If the data is in book1 and If the data is numeric (whew) then use the following formula:

If neither of these work then please upload a workbook that shows the type of data that will be entered and another that displays the desired results (manually entered).
