Why does my Excel look so different? Image

Hi,

My friend is having issues with her excel. Her excel look like this.
Why?

I tried to help her by deleting the library excel info file, but it still looks like this.

We will be very greatful if anyone could help us out

Without seeing pictures, reasons for different looks in excel can be, for example:
my excel on my iMac looks different than my excel for PC.
my excel for PC is different than my excel for PC with the earlier version, for instance '97 vs 2003 vs 2007 vs 2013 and now I have 2016.
add ins can make a difference too. for example none of my coworkers have fuzzy lookup but I added it to mine so I have that extra tab.
