Working Days Calculation without WORK DAY OR NETWORK DAY Function

Dear All,

I have been working on an excel sheet with different criteria's to calculate indemnity in the country i reside. To complete this initiative, i came across a difficulty when calculating working days based on the Last working day and the calculation of working days is based on 26 days. so if the month is a December , the calculation should be 26/31 * the number of days as per his last working day. I would appreciate if someone can help me out so i can submit this project and place the formula in a single cell.

FYI, If someones last working day is 24/12/2018, then the working days would be - 20 working days from the 01/12/2018.

Alrite , No issues. I was actually trying to make a formula with the use of date,year and month function.
