HOW? - Exported worksheet has column title move into column label area (not freeze panes)

Hi,

I have an excel worksheet which is exported from a Company data portal.

I've noticed that the column headings move into the column label area when you scroll down. For example column label A is replaced with PoNo, column label B is replaced with SystemNo.

It's a neat feature and I want to know how to replicate it so I can add columns with same formatting. Note this feature is only on the number of columns from the original export query, when you go beyond that it reverts to plain text and if your cell is selcetde outside of the original area the label replace feature stops working.

Format painter does not work. However, if you type a new column heading and then press return then the formatting is copied over.

It looks like a macro but I can't find it.

I've attached a couple of screen shots to illustrate this.

I've solved it.

It's Header Row option in Table Style options under Design Ribbon.
