Excel 2016 ALT + TAB issues

When I am working in excel I am usually using more than 1 sheet and I am constantly pressing ALT + TAB to switch quickly between spreadsheets or other applications in windows. Now that I have 2016 I am having major issues and it is driving me bonkers ........... if I have the Find and Replace box open the ALT + Tab will usually treat the Find and Replace as a separate window and it will switch back and forth from the excel sheet to the Find box .............. in other works pretty much does nothing. the only way to bypass this is to press ALT+Tab twice.

Is there a way to fix this, please?

Alt+Tab is a Win feature not an Excel

I have the same problem. Did you manage to solve it? How?

Akronis unfortunately i did not. I just accepted what it is and i just press alt + tab once extra time to get passed the issue. i also keep the find/replace window closed as much as possible. it is annoying but is what it is i suppose.
