The following should be fairly straightforward (I imagine!), but I was wondering how to do a conditional format - revolving around 0 (i.e 0 is always white)

You'll also notice, I have the same colouring copied into row I - just wondered if this is possible as well (i.e. colour is based on the adjacent cells).

You'd need to use a Graded Colour Scale and set the centre point to Number = 0 (rather than percentile).
You'll need to experiment with the colours.
