    Prevent PivotTable Columns from disappearing

    Hello,

I have filters on my pivot table. As I filter the data further, the number of columns reduce (I presume because they would be empty if they didn't). Is there any way to prevent this? In the Column Labels dropdown I can see all the missing columns with a tick on them but they don't show up on the table.

    Hi jeetkapadia,

Could you supply a sample of what you are seeing. It might be an easy answer if we understood the question better.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

I'm attaching a sample in this comment. If you change the value in the filters (the first one for example) from All to another value, columns in the pivot table will disappear. Is there a way to prevent this?

Got it! I faced this same problem a while back but forgot how I solved it. Thank you!
