Looking for your thoughts on how I could simplify my teams daily routine of printing many labels. Currently they are copying and pasting relevant fields and it is quite time consuming. I have attached an snapshot of a database example. What needs to happen ultimately is the person goes through and enters yes in a field (or something similar) and one that trigger is made, it determines how many labels to print based on the information in another cell.
I assume I would have to use mail merge still but I am willing to consider a macro after all the fields are flagged. Either would print out the labels on a standard Avery 5160 style label or create a word doc to then print.
The attached image should give some clarity.
To be clear, in the example attached if there was a "yes" in E8 as well the end result would be 12 labels printed. 10 of model 123460 and 2 of model 123462.
