Creating a location heat map

I need to create a heat map based on locations. I tried using the map function that uses Bing in Excel, but it's not giving me what I need.

I have 3 lists of zip codes, and I need a count of current locations per zip code for client 1, a count current locations for vendor 1 and a count of potential locations.
If there is some other visual way of doing this other than a heat map, I'm good with that too. I thought about a graph option, but as there is over 1,300 zip codes just in one of the lists, I'm thinking that would get messy.
