Combining data depending on another reference cell value

Hi Everyone!

I have a problem and looking for some help please.

attached is a system generated report that provides me line by line damage on vehicles and also points associated to that damage, I am looking for a way to combine the damage details also sum the points of damage in one cell per vehicle for example vehicle 1 damage details will go in one cell and total points in another.
Number of lines for 1 vehicle can be different depending on the damage.


I have tried to explain the issue as best as possible but if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
