    Create repeating columns from records

    Hi,

    Power Query:
Can anyone supply me with M-Code steps to achieve this.
    Many TX.

BTW: The query must be able to handle variable columns. In other words, if one adds a fifth group and venue to the date: 2018/04/27, then the query must update to show this extra set of columns. The default is that the columns are initially hard-coded into the query code and subsequent additions into existing groups do not show.

Re: Create repeating columns from records

I stumbled upon some code and managed to tweak it to get the desired result.

The code is very nested and it makes it hard to follow/decipher. Although I have the necessary solution, if anyone can provide an "un-nested" example, one that is easier to step through to see the individual actions, that would be a bonus.

    Cheers
