Borderlines won't print when blue print zone is touching the column

I have MS excel Office 365 Business.

When Page break is touching the line it removes the border but when I move the blueline over it shows the border. I don't want the additional area to be printed. A work around is leave that additional white space but make it very thin and will still centralize this but still does not solve the problem at hand. I have a border drawn but does not print when blueline is touching it.
