vlookup help

    vlookup help

    in the attatched sheet im looking for the method to replace dave with gary. currently im selecting cells b4,c4 and d4 going to replace and changing dave for gary. what i would like to be able to do is just change cell b4 and for that cell to automaticaly cahnge in the formulas. so if i typed gary in b4, formulas in cells c4 and d4 would automaticaly adjust. please help i cant keep doing find and replace all the time if anyone can help me out that would be great

    Perhaps this in C4 and then dragged right and down:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
