Creating a copy and paste-able string of characters for an ad

Hello, I am trying to create a copy-able and paste-able string of information, and I'm not sure whether Excel is the right application to be using.
I am attempting to create a string of information that needs to copied, then pasted into a Craigslist ad. Here is what my need is, specifically.
When trying to list Automobile tires, there is a standard format that the size of the tire follows, but since most people do not adhere to this rule, I need to create a line that
is a TAGS line at the bottom of the ad, so that if someone enters a search term into Craigs, using characters or spaces other than the correct way, I can capture that viewer and appear in his search results.
Here is an example:
I want to sell a tire, it's size is P225/60R16. Someone may search for this size as 225-60-16, or P225/60-16, or 225/60R16, or a host of other possibilities. I have thought of 19 different ways of entries that I would like to enter under the "Tags:" line.
Is there a sheet I can build where I have perhaps 3 cells, let's say A1 is the letter P and three spaces(for the first numbers 225), A2 is 2 spaces (for the numbers 60), and A3 is 2 spaces (for the numbers 16). Entries made into those 3 cells would also populate, or copy themselves, into 19 other cells that contain the variable entries that need to be copied then pasted into Craigslist, separated by commas. This sheet would be used to help create that "tags" line when I input different size tires into the first 3 cells, or whatever cell combination you think might work.

This is an example of what my tags line on Craigs looks like:
"Tags:"P225/60R16,225/60/R16,225/60/16,P225/60/16,P225/60/R16,P225/60-R16,P225/60-16,225/60-R16,225/60-16,P225-60R16,P225-60-R16,P225-60-16,225-60R16,225-60-16,P225 60 R16,P225 60R16,P225 60 16,225 60 16,225 60 R16.

The sheet would be used to enter the 3 different sets of numbers, like instead of 225-60-16, maybe the tire is 275-45-20, and so on.

Thanks for any insight or guidance you might be able to shed on this.....even if Excel could accept the entries, would it be able to be copied and pasted into a single line? I don't mind doing some of the extra work like separating the string and entering the commas, etc.

Thanks again, Joe

Re: Is this possible to do in Excel?

Yes that is possible. a little structured setup helps a lot see attachment..

with CONCATENATE function and some preset fields you can do al lot of variations and concatenate that to a tag line later.
I did not do above entire string, but I'm pretty sure they are easy to fill for you and extend when a new one is thought up.
also

You can basicly extend the variations to unlimited.
just make sure you set cell properties to Text
and just leave the cell blank if you want no separator between to numbers or type space, eventhough visualy it looks empty in the complete string in col D you will see the effect.

EzRidr, welcome to the forum

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(note: this change is not optional )
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Re: Is this possible to do in Excel?

I had a little time this morning to work with your creation, and I can see how it all functions. I would have never known to look for a work as Concatenate, however. Thank You so much for your effort and help. It is workable, expandable as you said, and with a little experimentation on my part, I have learned something new today! Thanks so much Roel, you have made my work so much easier and faster.

I thought I replied within your answer, but it showed up below the last post. I didn't want you to think I hadn't seen and appreciated your answer. Thanks Again!
