Maximum Allowed Value

Hello,

I was wondering if when you set a maximum value allowed through the validation option, you could also set if that value is exceeded to be rounded up by the maximum value when i paste higher number than it. An example: The cells must not have more than the number 1500, i paste a number higher than that (eg. 1655) and the number is automatically rounded up to 1500. Only with validation, the rule will give me a notification that the action is not allowed, however, it is not very convenient for me to update the max value manually for numerous cells.

I haven't seen an option to do that, anyone that could help?
