Have you considered using a pivot table for this? Would be much simpler I believe.
No. This is just a sample data for few weeks. I have few extra columns on the right side, where I do the comparison with Budget and Forecast (That part I removed from the attached file to reduce the file size).

Can I ask why you are not using a pivot table?
