Objects not resizing with cell

I have multiple .pdf objects located in my file. I want them to move and size with the cell in which they are contained. I formatted them as such by selecting "Move and size with cells" in the object properties. For some reason, when I filter in the document, the objects move and resize down to nothing, but then they do not resize back up to their original size once I take the filter off. I have no idea how to fix this.

objects can resize (relative) to the size of the cells but hiding and unhiding is not part of the resize so when you hide a row the object goes to minimum size and since the linked cell is no longer visable the objects kind of disconnect from that cell. simular as you can manually drag an object from one cell to another.

basicly hiding objects by hiding rows is not possible by normal functionality
it might be possible with vba coding.
