Generate table with dynamic row and column headers

I’m attempting to generate a table from dynamic data…

The row and column headers should be generated dynamically from two separate tables. I’m hope I’m just missing a simple solution, but I suppose it may require some VBA coding.

Here’s a bit of what I’m looking for:

    Employee Name ID Type
    Employee, Firstname1 111111 Full-Time
    Employee, Firstname2 222222 Full-Time
    Employee, Firstname3 333333 Part-Time
    Employee, Firstname4 444444 Per Diem

    Requirement Cycle
    Test1 1 Year
    Test2 1 Year
    Test3 6 Months
    Test4 3 Months
    Test5 Once

These two tables can be modified and will automatically update the table below:

    Test1 Test2 Test3 Test4 Test5
    1 Year 1 Year 6 Months 3 Months Once
    Full-Time
    111111 Employee, Firstname2
    222222 Employee, Firstname2
    Part-Time
    333333 Employee, Firstname3
    Per Diem
    444444 Employee, Firstname4

    Your advice is appreciated!

Do you really still have Excel 2007 or a newer version? I ask because this would be relatively easy to do with PowerQuery, I think.

Oh wow. I haven't updated my profile in awhile! Running Office 365. I'm not familiar with PowerQuery, but I'll start educating myself this evening. Thank you.

If you attach a sample file here, then I or someone else could have a look and offer guidance. Thanks for updating your profile!
