Hello,

I am using excel to create a report on the stock levels. The report gets the data from an external source. I have a over 500 rows of items with 5 columns showing sum of quantity, sum of carriers etc. for each item.

I currently have a PowerPivot displaying these values, but the records of the data doesn't need to be a powerpivot.

After x number of weeks I just want to be able to create graphs showing the trend of the values for each item.

I want to do this in the must efficient way possible as I know clogging your excel with a lot of sheets isn't great.

Is there a feature on excel/ powerpivot for doing this?

Is there a best practice for doing this?
