    I need help for formula instead of references

    Dear Expert,

    I need to put data auto on date of last i enter data in Stock sheet and graph sheet Table 12-Mar-18 column i use formula instead of references auto last cell data and month data is permanent i use reference....

    in sheet 2 i pick reference from sheet 1 i want to a formula instead of reference to pick

    Knitting
    Toe closing
    Shifting
    Wip Days
    Total

    data from sheet 1 to dnaymically update sheet 2....

    =INDEX('Mar-18'!$B$3:$M$33,MATCH(B$1,'Mar-18'!$A$3:$A$33,0),MATCH('Graph Data'!$A2,'Mar-18'!$B$2:$M$2,0))

    in C2

    =INDEX('Mar-18'!$B$3:$M$34,MATCH(TEXT(B$1,"mmm yyyy"),'Mar-18'!$A$3:$A$34,0),MATCH('Graph Data'!$A2,'Mar-18'!$B$2:$M$2,0))

    copy both down

    Thank Sir JohnTopley for sharing great information i m using offset function but it not work in Blank cells case but formula index match is truely dynamically....
