How To Email A Spreadsheet To Specific Email Based off of Filters

Please see attached sheet. I am wondering if there is an easy way to send this spreadsheet out to each person on this list so that when they open up the spreadsheet they will only see the rows that apply to them.

I get that you could just send them the entire sheet and have them filter to their name only but I am wondering if there is a way to work around that step.

Will you always have six names or less to send emails to ?

We actually have 8 people on the list at the moment.

The # of people on the list would only change if we were to fire/hire someone.
