Vendor Price List Comparison

Hi,
I'm finding it hard to find the correct formulas to help me. I'm currently comparing 3 vendor price lists for my business and I'm having a hard time organizing the data. All three price lists are formatted differently and have out of order part numbers.
One list has 4000 parts, whereas, another has 11000. Is there a way I can use a match function to line up similar parts side by side. Also is there a way to format a number like 1505-5-5 to be the same as 1505-05-05 and drag it down for the rest of the parts?
