    indirect function with sumif/sumifs

    Hi,

    my current formula

    works very fine when there is a single data to lookup.What I am looking in the revision in above formula is to sumup the value if repeated.
    Suppose-
    in 1st worksheet-Lookup data is 'A'
    in 2nd worksheet-Data which is fetched from 4th column might have more than 1 value which is needed to be sumup.

    My another sumifs

    is only a part as worksheet name I want to reference by indirect function.

    I hope someone would revise the code in above SUMIFS or any other alternative at its best.

    It is difficult to be precise without an example file to look at, but based on your two formulae you can try this:

    =SUMIFS(INDIRECT("'"&C$1&"'!E9:E64"),INDIRECT("'"&C$1&"'!B9:B64"),Summary!$B9)
