Re-sort ever changing text which is pasted into Excel from Notepad

    Dear reader.

I have included an Excel sheet which shows exactly what I am hoping to find help for. I basically do paste in Excel an ever changing string of text where I like certain words always to appear in the same order with dynamic comments changing below. As per attached Excel document.

You copy the text in from notepad. How does it get bolded? I'm guessing you do that manually.

What we need is a list of key words like Sales, Software and Lab so we know what to search for and group things under. Also I note that in the example, the main categories are not quite alphabetical.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

The attached does use VBA. It also makes a number of assumptions:

The key words are the ones in bold. If there are any others, add them to the list on the Keywords sheet.

The data is copied and pasted into the Raw Data sheet with the first key word in cell C1.

Run the macro and the raw data is put, in normalized form, into the table on the Table sheet.

This table becomes the data source for the pivot table that does the grouping, formatting and sorting. The pivot table is the end result.
