Locking the shapes within cells

Hi all,

I have a spread sheet with Customers names & few columns.
In one of the column, I made smileys to identify their strength to our Business.

when I try to align them to centre or left / right the smileys do not move...
Also, when I copy paste the range, it does not paste them exactly as original range.

need help...to lock the smiley or to embed them on the sheet like any other alphabets...
