Excel workbook crashes on any action.

I have a workbook that when it is open if I do any editing in any workbook, Excel crashes. If I only have this workbook open and try to copy a cell then it crashes. If I have Excel open and have any other file, then Excel works fine. It isn't a memory issue, I show 14% of CPU used and 28% Physical memory used on the last crash. I would say the file is corrupt, but I asked the person who normally uses the file and they said it crashed once and that it seemed fine on their PC.
