Automatically add a comment next to certain staff members names?

Hello Excel experts I am a lowly Excel amateur trying to brush up on his skills

I have been working on making lives simpler for myself and 5 colleagues who have to work with a start time report from an agency for truck drivers.

I have managed to work out macros to sort the start times into time order, produce sheets for 2 different uses and to add macros to print the sheets etc.

I can get the sheets to add up the total number of drivers available on each of our 3 shifts throughout the day.

We need to know what split of class 1 and class 2 drivers we have for the type of vehicle they can legally drive,

At the moment we have to check this manually and add the comment 'YES' into a column for class 2 drivers.

I would like to be able to do this automatically by somehow picking up their name from (I guess a 'library' stored in a formula) but I have been unable to work out how to do this so far.

I have attached a sheet as an example of what I am trying to automate.

The names over on the right hand side are all the class 2 drivers we have, as there is only usually 10 or 12 of them compared to maybe 200 class 1 drivers I want to automate the 'YES' comment for them.

Their start times and positions can change daily so Kodi Chase could be say A6 today and A23 tomorrow.

I would need to be able to add or delete drivers as they come and go but feel I would be able to do this is someone can point me in the right direction please?

The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. To attach a file, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.
